Kåre Inge Skarsvåg
I am a senior lecturer in leadership and management development, a lieutenant colonel and a principal instructor in leadership at the Norwegian Air Force Academy. As an author and leadership developer, I have more than 30 years of experience with leadership, teaching and developing leaders in demanding organizations.
I help leaders and leadership teams learn from experience, strengthen collaboration, and develop practices that make a difference in everyday work.
From reflection to practice.
Leadership development does not primarily occur through new models, but when experiences are examined, challenged and translated into action. I develop and implement programs, sessions and processes that help leaders and leadership groups learn from their own practice.
The work is based on real challenges and combines reflection, dialogue, guidance and training. The goal is not only increased insight, but better judgment and more conscious leadership in everyday life.
