When leadership experience
becomes shared learning
I develop and conduct lectures, professional days, leadership development programs, mentoring programs and development processes for leadership groups.
The assignments are adapted to the needs of the organization and the participants' daily work. What is common is that professional perspectives are connected to experience, reflection and practical challenges.
Leadership development programs
Tailored programs over time for leaders who want to develop judgment, relational skills and the ability to translate experience into action. Content, duration and working method are developed based on the needs of the organization and the leaders' actual workday.
Mentoring programs
Mentoring programs where experience, dialogue and reflection are used to develop the leader's understanding of their own role and practice. The program is given a clear structure, while the mentoring relationship is based on the participant's actual leadership challenges.
Leadership team development
Development processes for leadership groups that want better interaction, greater openness and a stronger ability to learn together. We work with the group's own challenges, relationships and decision-making processes - with the goal that reflection and feedback will lead to change in practice.
Lectures and workshops
Lectures and professional days that combine professional perspectives with experience, reflection and dialogue. Topics may include leadership, learning culture, power and trust, psychological safety, conversation techniques, reflection on practice and practical judgment.
This is how I work
The working method is dialogical, experience-based and closely linked to the participants' own practice. Conversations, reflection tasks, practical exercises, a comprehensive debrief and professional impulses are combined in the development process.
The goal is that development should not stop in the classroom, but become visible in the leader's actions.
Current topics
Psychological safety, vulnerability trust, reflection, guidance, learning culture, power, stress management and practical judgment.
Let's explore what might be useful
Whether you are considering a lecture, a professional day, the development of a leadership team or a mentoring program, we can start with a non-binding conversation about your needs.
